An at-home lab test kit will be sent to your home for sample collection. This includes an in-depth guide for how to collect the 3X4 Genetics cheek swab sample.
Once your sample is collected, directions will be included to ship it to the lab for testing.
All of your results and interpretation will be communicated to you via email and within your Foundational Health Practice Better Portal.

You Create Your Account. Check your email inbox for an invite to join Aaron Foster on Practice Better—this is where you’ll receive your lab results and work with Aaron on your lab review and hormone health game plan!
We Order Your Test. We will order your 3X4 Genetics lab test from our lab partner, 3X4 Genetics.
The Test Kit Is Shipped. The at-home lab test kit will be shipped to your home with direction on collecting the sample.
You Collect Your Sample. Once you collect your lab sample, you will ship it back to the lab using the provided packaging.
We Await Results. The lab will analyze your results and send it to our team for review.
We Review Your Results. Our team will review your results and provide you with education and lifestyle guidance. At this point you can also book your included, 30-minute consultation call with Aaron!
You Put Your Results To Action. Using the information from the lab and our review, you can start making lifestyle changes to improve your health and wellness!
